Dr Hitti Bakshi is a highly dedicated doctor, who has been working in Australian hospitals and medical clinics since February 2008. She obtained her medical degree MBBS from the most reputed Medical School, Kasturba Medical College, India in 2004.
She further achieved her fellowship in General Practice FRACGP, through Australian General Practice Training Program.
She has also done a Diploma in Child Health from University of Sydney in 2015.
She sees patients of all age groups.
Dr Hitti joined Topend Medical Centre in February 2019. She is very passionate about General Practice and empathetic towards her patients. She takes everything at hand in full perspective, including social issues while dealing with patient care.
Dr Hitti is a very experienced doctor with 18 years of Clinical Experience overall, who has worked in different parts of Australia including Sydney, Tasmania, Adelaide and Darwin. She also has extensive experience of working in Aboriginal Clinics across Northern Territory.
She is happy to accept new patients.
Her Special interests are Women’s health, Children’s health, Cervical Screening, Implanon insertion and removal.
