Geraldine Gotting
Geraldine is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar. She has experience in providing a range of evidence-based therapies and assessments for individuals across the lifespan, and enjoys working with various presentations including anxiety (including social anxiety, perfectionism, phobias, panic attacks, excessive worry, and OCD), depression, low self-esteem, career guidance, coping skills, life transitions, attention and concentration difficulties, sleep difficulties, and stress.
Geraldine draws from an integrative range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; Compassion Focused Therapy; Schema Therapy; Solutions-Focused Therapy; and Exposure Therapy. Geraldine works from a collaborative and client-centered approach and believes providing individual and tailored support within a space that is non-judgemental and safe, whether that be to help clients explore what their symptoms might mean, providing useful evidence-based skills, or assisting clients in achieving their goals and increasing their quality of life.
